Starbucks

I frequent Starbucks and usually go to the newest Beltline location because, in my opinion, they have the best customer service in town. However, the day I visited this location was out of convenience because it was nearby. I regret it. The manager, Pamela, I believe is her name, was incredibly rude. Her demeanor was very passive aggressive not just towards the patrons but also towards her employees. Needless to say, I will be sticking to my favorite location.

I’ve given this location a lot of chances, but their drinks never taste as good as the other locations. It’s always watered down. Every time I order a venti the drink is never filled to the top. Seems to have more ice than coffee. Workers are very nice though and they keep the store clean. I just think maybe this location needs more training in the recipe part

My wife and I came here because we have an appointment with USCIS. This Starbucks location is perfect for us to stop for coffee before our appointment, since we arrived early to avoid traffic and travel time. The delivery was quick, and the staff were very friendly and nice to us. I would recommend this place if you are in the area.

Just like other Starbucks coffee place. BUT, this one opens at 4:30am weekdays!!! About 5 minutes drive from USCIS field office. A great place to have a cup of coffee while waiting for your appointment.

I’ve never been inside this location before, only the drive thru. Been going off and on since it opened. They have improved a lot on the service. The folks they have working there now are GREAT!!! Always so nice. Never mess up my order. Love them!
